Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Summary

We are hiring an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our fast-paced real estate office. This is a front-desk–based role and an important one — you are often the first point of contact for clients, agents, and partners.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn how a high-performing real estate team operates behind the scenes.

What This Role Is Really About

This is not a “sit at the desk and wait” job.

You’ll be helping keep the office running smoothly by supporting our agents, assisting our Executive Assistant, managing front desk responsibilities, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. If you like structure, checklists, and being useful every day, you’ll do well here.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet clients, vendors, and guests in person
  • Serve as front desk support for agents and leadership
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Manage office inventory and front desk supplies
  • Help with emails, spreadsheets, data entry, and document organization
  • Prepare and organize files, forms, and internal documents
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Step in to help wherever needed to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication (phone, email, in person)
  • Comfortable with basic tech: email, Google Docs/Sheets or Excel
  • Ability to multitask and follow systems
  • Dependable, punctual, and coachable
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Prior office or administrative experience is helpful, but not required.
