Thanks for reviewing!</p><p><br></p><p>Job Summary</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in S/4HANA projects to support our global digital transformation efforts. The Lead plays a critical role in supporting testing standards, tools, practices across programs and planning deployment activities including cutovers. This individual ensures testing governance compliance, supports ad hoc project initiatives, and owns key testing toolsets to enhance visibility, communication, and delivery effectiveness.</p><p><br></p><p>You will play a key role in supporting business transformation in line with the organization's future state goals. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong coordination skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and an ability to juggle multiple priorities while fostering a team-centric environment.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Own and administer testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps); drive adoption, training, and enhancements.</p><p>Lead QA workstreams across all phases—planning, execution, reporting, and risk management.</p><p>Manage Test Analysts and ensure timely, standards-based test script delivery and execution.</p><p>Enforce testing standards and identify process improvements for continuous optimization.</p><p>Maintain accurate documentation and support status, KPI, and program-level reporting.</p><p>Ensure compliance with intake, change, and governance processes; maintain audit-ready records.</p><p>Work closely with PMO & Workstream Leads and plan deployment for roll-outs.</p><p>Create detailed cutover checklists plans incorporating both technical and operational tasks</p><p>Develop communication plans, rollback plan, escalation procedures, and downtime minimization processes.</p><p>Lead cutover/deployment activities and key deployment deliverables for Pre-Go-Live, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live phases</p><p>Collaborate with project leads, stakeholders, and leadership to align global testing efforts.</p><p>Oversee defect management across all test phases.</p><p>Communicate clearly and professionally across all formats; develop structured documentation.</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p><br></p><p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.</p><p>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate and simplify complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p><p>8-10 years of relevant experience in ERP projects. Experience on SAP S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects is required.</p><p>5+ years in a Testing Lead or related role overseeing test cycles for large-scale business change initiatives (SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Cloud)</p><p>2+ years with deployment & cutover planning. Clear understanding of cutover phases for ERP projects.</p><p>Strong understanding of Quality Management processes, project management life cycle and risk assessment processes.</p><p>Experience with Tricentis Tosca and LiveCompare is required</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>Desired:</p><p><br></p><p>Tricentis certification</p><p>SAP certification on Activate Methodology</p><p>Previous experience with S4 HANA Deployments</p><p></p>
