The Global Legal Support role is pivotal to Cordisco & Saile LLC's strategic expansion and efficiency enhancement. As a Global Legal Support, you will be part of the pre-litigation team, ensuring that routine legal tasks are executed with precision and timeliness. This role allows higher-level staff to focus on client-facing work and strategic case management, thus significantly impacting the firm’s ability to deliver successful outcomes. What you’ll do: • Document Management: Request and secure police reports and medical records for case preparations. • Communication Coordination: Prepare and send standardized correspondence and claims letters. • Task Execution: Complete routine pre-litigation tasks using Litify task workflows, ensuring timely progression of each file. • Proofreading and Verification: Review AI-generated documents to ensure accuracy before distribution. • Client Interaction: Handle prospective client calls, converting inquiries into signed agreements when necessary. • Team Coordination: Regularly communicate with in-house paralegals and participate in task-focused pod meetings. • Technology Integration: Utilize AI tools like EVE to enhance document processes and reduce manual involvement.
