Job Description

Faith Center Ministries is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team full-time. This role is responsible for developing engaging visual content that supports church services, events, digital platforms, and ministry initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, a heart for ministry, and the ability to translate vision into compelling visuals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design creative assets for church services, events, conferences, and outreach initiatives
  • Create graphics for digital platforms including social media, website, email campaigns, and livestreams
  • Develop print materials such as flyers, posters, programs, banners, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with pastors, ministry leaders, and the creative team to execute visual concepts
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with creative direction and visual storytelling as needed
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding

· Experience using Canva for rapid design, templates, and collaborative workflows

· Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms) to enhance creativity, efficiency, and concept development

  • Ability to receive feedback and make revisions efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skill

PREFERRED QUALITIES

  • Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Faith Center Ministries
  • Experience working in a church, ministry, or nonprofit environment (preferred but not required)
  • Basic knowledge of social media trends and digital engagement
