About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who is excited to work with data and numbers to join our team as a Group Premium Services Representative. You will ensure timely and accurate group premium processing and collection in this fast-paced production environment. If you are passionate about numbers and working in excel, then apply today! WHAT YOU'LL DO: Perform premium processing, address customer inquiries, and maintain confidentiality. You'll resolve issues to exceed customer expectations while maintaining efficiency, quality, and timeliness. Analyze statements, oversee premium payments for groups, and uphold data integrity in company systems. Ensure accuracy in billing statements and premium payments. Identify, evaluate and resolve eligibility and billing entries. Identify and communicate premium and eligibility errors as needed. Maintain certholder eligibility and premium application. Ensure full compliance with coverage requirements outlined in policyholder contracts and relevant state and federal regulations. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Strong background in working with numbers in a billing capacity. Ability to operate a computer keyboard and calculator, as well as proficient typing and data entry skills with strict attention to detail. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly. Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside sound judgment, creativity, and flexibility. Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. PREFERRED: Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
