What this position entails At IntelliScript, no two client engagements are the same. The Growth Enablement Lead, Legal Tech Services supports the General Manager in executing growth, and client enablement initiatives across the litigation landscape. This role focuses on coordinating strategy execution and supporting key accounts to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion of IntelliScript solutions. The role assists with account growth enablement across legal-market stakeholders, supports client growth, and helps translate market insights into actionable inputs for Sales and Product teams. Working closely with cross-functional partners—including Operations, Clinical, and Legal/Compliance—this position supports client onboarding, usage tracking, ROI reporting, and issue escalation, helping drive consistent client outcomes and growth. What you will be doing • Run the post-sale enablement layer for LTS accounts—maintain account plans and stakeholder maps, define success outcomes, set the operating cadence (check-ins/QBRs), and coordinate cross-functional execution (Clinical, Ops, Product/Tech, Legal/Compliance) to unblock adoption, support renewals readiness, and tee up expansion opportunities • Support Sales-led account growth and expansion—prepare data-driven account reviews, identify and scope expansion plays (new case types, new segments, outcome targets), and translate performance results into clear recommendations and next-quarter priorities • Own the client-facing reporting and insights engine for LTS—build peer-reviewed analyses, executive-ready reviews, and presentations clients rely on; deliver high-visibility reporting and market intelligence covering adoption, turnaround time, hit rate, audit/quality, ROI, risks, and opportunities • Own Salesforce for LTS end-to-end (admin, hygiene, analytics)—ensure clean CRM data, accurate contract terms/expirations and renewals tracking, forecast visibility, and KPI/OKR dashboards for account health, tort/program performance, and product adoption; coordinate billing/contract-related updates and reconciliation (as needed) with Sales/Finance/Legal • Manage client access and integration enablement (user provisioning, API/SFTP setup, test/prod environments) so teams can order, receive, and operationalize results with minimal friction • Escalation & issue triage—create a clear path for incidents and edge cases, drive resolution across internal teams, and close-the-loop with clients (root cause, resolution notes, prevention steps) • Capture and synthesize voice-of-customer feedback (workflow pain points, feature requests, process gaps) and partner with Product to inform roadmap priorities and enablement improvements • Develop and maintain enablement content and division assets—FAQs, training materials, demos, and internal knowledge base (SharePoint/Confluence); partner with Marketing on one-pagers, decks, case studies, battle cards, and event materials • Coordinate criteria calibrations with Clinical and client teams—embed Legal/SME input in the coding workflow to capture tort-specific codes and translate criteria into standardized, reusable calibrations What we need • 10+ years of experience in the legal industry, with meaningful exposure to mass tort and/or complex litigation operations • Proven leadership in cross-functional execution (operations, client success, growth)—able to run programs end-to-end • Strong executive presence; experience leading stakeholder meetings in-person, virtual, and hybrid • Demonstrated ability to build account plans, drive adoption/retention, and lead expansion/renewal motions in a services and/or tech-enabled environment What you bring to the table • Legal-tech operator mindset: disciplined, organized, and relentless about follow-through—turns messy workflows into repeatable playbooks with measurable outcomes • Credibility with senior legal stakeholders: trusted partner to firm leadership and legal ops (partners, COOs, practice leaders, litigation support) with strong judgment and professional presence • Compliance-forward execution: working knowledge of regulated data environments (HIPAA/privacy, security controls, audit readiness) and ability to translate compliance requirements into practical, scalable processes • Analytics + SQL fluency: comfortable querying and validating data (SQL), building performance views/dashboards, and turning results into actionable insights for adoption, quality, and ROI • Strategic and market-aware: can synthesize voice-of-customer and market signals into clear action plans, process improvements, and product enablement recommendations • Cross-functional coordinator: Aligns Sales, Product/Tech, Operations, Clinical, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing teams to drive commitments, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely execution • Thrives in ambiguity: sets priorities, makes smart tradeoffs, and drives progress without perfect information • Executive-level communicator: clear, concise writer and presenter who can simplify complex topics (data, compliance, workflows) for both technical and non-technical audiences Wish list • Deep relationships across the plaintiff ecosystem (mass tort firms, LSCs, funding, intake/case management providers) and understanding of how decisions get made • Experience building/optimizing intake operations, inclusion/exclusion screeners, and case qualification workflows for mass tort and PI • Familiarity with healthcare data in legal workflows (records, claims, prescriptions, timelines) and the practical realities of compliance, authorizations, and permitted use • Background in SaaS, legal tech, or data services—especially in roles blending client growth + operational enablement Location The expected application deadline for this job is February 28, 2026. Compensation The overall salary range for this role is $104,900 - $249,780. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. For candidates residing in: • Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia: • * $120,635 - $199,065 if overall experience is less than 15 years; and • $151,340 - $249,780 for experience greater than 15 years. • All other states: • $104,900 - $173,100 if overall experience is less than 15 years; and • $131,600 - $217,200 for experience greater than 15 years.
