Ensure measurement is actionable, accurate, and supports evolving business priorities.</li><li><strong>User & Channel Insights: </strong>Analyze user journeys and channel performance to identify opportunities and friction points across the marketing funnel.</li><li><strong>Marketing Measurement & Funnel Optimization: </strong>Develop dashboards, measurement models, and experiment infrastructure for actionable insights throughout the consumer lifecycle.</li><li><strong>Advanced Data Mining & Marketplace Exploration: </strong>Dive into Yelp’s rich datasets, including trending restaurants, services, foods, and user-generated content, to uncover actionable themes that inform consumer strategy and marketing.</li><li><strong>Leverage Emerging AI & Automation: </strong>Use cutting-edge AI and machine learning tools to unlock insights, automate repetitive analyses, and accelerate the discovery of new growth levers. Empower fellow marketers to extract their own standardized insights to embed a data driven culture across the team and create bandwidth for high value analytics and insights.</li><li><strong>Problem-Solving & Strategic Solutioning:</strong> Deconstruct complex business challenges into actionable analytical problems, developing and implementing data-driven solutions that directly fuel user growth.</li></ul> <br />What it takes to succeed:<br /><br /><ul><li>5+ years of experience in high-impact analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence roles, ideally within B2C or marketplace environments.</li><li>Deep expertise in marketing measurement, user funnel analytics, and advanced data analysis (strong SQL and Excel required; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker etc. and proficiency in Python a plus).</li><li>Proven experience integrating AI/ML tools into data analysis, reporting, or marketing automation workflows.</li><li>Strong business and product intuition, and the ability to synthesize metrics and trends into clear recommendations.</li><li>Experience with experiment design, A/B testing, and rapid test iteration.</li><li>Collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach with a builder’s mindset.</li><li>Excellent communicator, verbal and written.
