BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a skilled and experienced Help Desk Support (DAI, Financial OBIEE Specialist). This position is fully remote and focused on providing Tier 1 help desk support for Oracle Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), with a specific emphasis on OBIEE report generation. The role includes handling DAI access provisioning, supporting Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and producing analytics and training materials. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting DAI financial operations and fluency with OBIEE reporting capabilities.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 help desk support (triage), resolving user issues and escalating complex problems to appropriate teams
  • Handle DAI access provisioning and user maintenance in accordance with policy
  • Troubleshoot and support issues in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and related modules
  • Generate OBIEE reports and support financial and operational data analysis needs
  • Develop and update training materials for DAI system users
  • Prepare bi-weekly help desk metrics and performance summaries
  • Create monthly communication tools such as newsletters, system updates, and user tips
  • Track help desk performance (ticket volumes, response/resolution times, user feedback) and identify improvement areas

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience(within the last 10 years) supporting Oracle Federal financial and accounting operations
  • Experience with DAI modules including OBIEE, Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Procure to Pay, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), User Management (UMX), and Order to Cash
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and interpret OBIEE reports
  • Experience with Tier 1 help desk support, issue triaging, and user resolution
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Desired Skills

  • Broader experience with Oracle Financials modules and data integration
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk methodologies
  • Certifications in DAI, Oracle Financials, or OBIEE reporting
