High-Ticket Outbound Sales Team

(Remote | 1099 Contract)

As a High-Ticket Outbound Sales Closer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving company revenue and helping new clients begin their journey toward financial freedom. You’ll be responsible for finding and reaching out to warm and qualified leads, conducting consultative calls, and closing sales for our high-ticket trading and education programs.

This is an independent contractor role — you control your schedule, but we expect a commitment to performance and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, with qualified leads.
  • Build genuine rapport and trust with potential clients through consultative sales.
  • Present Underdog Capital Society’s programs clearly and persuasively.
  • Manage leads through our CRM system (Apollo, Excel-based trackers, etc.).
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas. “ 7 a Month”
  • Participate in daily team huddles and performance check-ins as able(12 PM EST & 7 PM EST).
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales scripts, objections, and closing strategies.

  • Proven success in high-ticket sales or commission-based remote closing.
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable.
  • Experience using CRM or lead-generation tools (Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, GroupMe, etc.).

Compensation & Incentives

Commission: $500 per sale (20% commission) on a $2,600 product.
Bonuses: $1,000 performance bonus for 11+ sales per month $5,000 bonus for 20+ sales per month..
