About the Role As a Senior Analyst on our Quality Review & Audit team, you’ll lead complex quality reviews that directly influence how we strengthen accuracy, compliance, and customer trust across our operations. You’ll work independently, drive insights across teams, and help shape quality standards as our workflows evolve. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in analytical problem‑solving and wants to make a visible impact on quality excellence. Examples of Deliverables Perform detailed quality reviews using defined audit criteria to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to required standards, documenting results with clear evidence and reviewer notes. Conduct initial root cause assessment to support faster issue triage and to inform process or configuration corrections. Collaborate across teams to validate insights and influence adjustments to SOPs, workflows, or training based on audit themes. What You’ll Do Execute Quality Reviews with Independence & Analytical Rigor: Perform thorough inspection and execution of test plans; documenting results with precision. Independently validate findings, detect discrepancies, and escalate systemic risks or emerging patterns Conduct Audits: Participate in internal audits of standard operating procedures to evaluate compliance, measure process effectiveness, and identify gaps requiring corrective action. Execute Test Plans: Build detailed test cases that capture end-to-end process flows, edge cases, and failure modes. Ensure scenarios reflect real world operational variations and historical defect patterns identified through audits. Establish Corrective Actions & Identify Trends: Collaborate with partners to review failed test outcomes, identify defect trends, and support root cause discovery. Partner with teams to ensure remediation steps are understood, executed, and revalidated. Champion Quality Improvements: Identify gaps in testing processes or quality controls and advocate for strengthening test methodologies, tool usage, and standardization across the QA program. Operate with a Continuous Improvement Mindset: Develop, update, and enforce quality control policies and procedures. Suggest process improvements and best practices. Train & Mentor: Assist with training peers on quality assurance protocols and best practices. Mentor junior analysts or reviewers. Ensure adherence to Standards: Ensure operations comply with regulatory, industry, and safety standards. What You Need to Do the Job Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3–5+ years of relevant audit or quality review experience, including complex audits. Demonstrated experience executing detailed test plans, identifying defects, and performing root cause analysis. Technical & Analytical Skills Advanced analytical skills with the ability to detect systemic risks, defect trends, and operational gaps. Experience building and executing test plans, test cases, and scenario-based testing informed by operational variations and historical defect data. Familiarity with QA tools, audit frameworks, and defect tracking systems, with a strong aptitude for learning new tools quickly. Advanced experience with workflow and quality management platforms—including Blue Relay and Jira—paired with strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Quality & Audit Expertise Proven ability to perform independent quality reviews, ensure adherence to SOPs, and evaluate compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Experience developing or refining quality control policies, audit methods, and corrective action frameworks. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma exposure preferred). Communication & Collaboration Strong written and verbal communication skills to document findings clearly, escalate risks, and present audit outcomes. Ability to collaborate cross functionally with operations, product, technology, and governance partners to drive alignment on quality improvements. Ability to provide peer training, mentorship, and coaching, supporting the development of junior analysts or reviewers. Leadership & Professional Skills Demonstrated independence, sound judgment, and decision making, especially when navigating ambiguous audit scenarios. Ability to manage complex workloads, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under compressed timelines. Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
