Job description:
We are looking for a PMO professional with strong experience in client coordination, project performance tracking, and resource management. The ideal candidate will ensure effective communication, governance compliance and smooth project execution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Client Coordination – Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, meeting coordination, and timely status updates. Timesheet & Resource Management – Monitor timesheet submissions, track resource utilization, and ensure accurate effort reporting for billing and performance tracking. Project Performance Tracking – Track project KPIs, prepare dashboards, and highlight risks or deviations to support informed decision-making. Project Team Alignment – Ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and deliverables while facilitating smooth cross-functional collaboration. Communication Management – Maintain structured project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and accountability. Project Coordination & Governance – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with objectives.
Experience Required
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment. Exposure to the IT consulting and recruitment industry is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment. Working knowledge and experience of using SAP systems.
