Are you a highly organized and detail-driven professional with strong data entry and administrative skills? We’re looking for a Home-Based Data Entry Specialist to join our DCX team and support a growing U.S.-based client. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining data while strictly following client-defined processes and instructions. This position is ideal for someone flexible, dependable, and comfortable working independently while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all data entry tasks.

  • Accuracy & Quality-Focused: Ability to review information carefully, identify errors or inconsistencies, and ensure data integrity at all times.

  • Clear & Professional Communicator: Highly proficient in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients, and management.

  • Independent & Adaptable: Comfortable working with minimal supervision, adapting to changing daily tasks, and following detailed instructions and processes consistently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform database updates for client data per company procedures.

  • Properly and timely complete all documentation.

  • Create, edit, and complete call summaries according to the written procedure

  • Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled

  • Provide timely responses to team members.

  • Perform data entry.

  • Maintain client files and appropriate electronic documentation

  • Be available for meetings as requested

  • With the ever-changing technology of A.I., other duties may be assigned, added, and/or removed.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: 2-3 years of data entry and administrative, and/or related experience working in an office or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

    • Certificate in Office Administration (preferred)

  • Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 40,000

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
