Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (CR Business Partner) to align business objectives with colleagues and leadership within designated business units. This role will partner closely with leaders to deliver value-added HR support that reflects organizational goals and evolving workforce needs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in employee relations, leadership coaching, change management, and organizational transitions, with experience supporting leaders and employees through role, structure, and process changes. Candidates with experience in CRBP roles involving transition-intensive work environments are highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Serve as the primary CR partner and subject matter expert to assigned business units, providing HR knowledge and guidance to leaders.

  • Act as a liaison between leadership and HR functions to ensure HR services align with business needs.

  • Align talent strategies with business objectives to support workforce effectiveness and organizational growth.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning

  • Provide guidance and support related to organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.

  • Partner with leadership to design, develop, and implement talent development and succession strategies.

  • Monitor talent trends and behaviors, implementing action plans and interventions where necessary.

  • Support leadership development initiatives and mentor high-potential (HiPo) talent.

Leadership Coaching & Employee Relations

  • Provide coaching, consulting, and support to leaders and employees in areas including:

    • Employee relations

    • Talent and performance management

    • Leadership development

    • Conflict resolution

    • Compensation guidance

    • Employee retention strategies

  • Foster strong working relationships between leaders and employees to improve morale, productivity, and retention.

Organizational Change & Development

  • Support leaders and employees through organizational change initiatives, including role, structure, and process transitions.

  • Influence organizational structure based on evolving talent needs and workforce strategy.

  • Build leadership capability through coaching, training, and development interventions.

Data & Analytics

  • Analyze HR trends and workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop programs, policies, and solutions based on insights from HR metrics and analytics.

  • Leverage organizational data to inform talent strategies and development initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Planning Support

  • Assist with recruiting and staffing initiatives, advising leaders on final candidate selections and compensation.

  • Support talent planning and career development strategies for key roles within the organization.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Projects

  • Participate in HR initiatives and cross-functional projects aligned with the CR operational plan.

  • Attend meetings with assigned business units to support HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Maintain awareness of evolving HR best practices and industry trends.


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required

Certifications (Preferred)

  • SHRM certification

  • Change Management certification

  • Other HR-related professional certifications

Experience

  • 8–10 years of Human Resources experience with progressively increasing responsibilities

  • HR Generalist experience preferred

  • Experience in HR Business Partner / CRBP roles

  • Experience supporting organizational transitions or change-heavy environments
