Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (CR Business Partner) to align business objectives with colleagues and leadership within designated business units. This role will partner closely with leaders to deliver value-added HR support that reflects organizational goals and evolving workforce needs.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in employee relations, leadership coaching, change management, and organizational transitions, with experience supporting leaders and employees through role, structure, and process changes. Candidates with experience in CRBP roles involving transition-intensive work environments are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership

Serve as the primary CR partner and subject matter expert to assigned business units, providing HR knowledge and guidance to leaders.

Act as a liaison between leadership and HR functions to ensure HR services align with business needs.

Align talent strategies with business objectives to support workforce effectiveness and organizational growth.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning

Provide guidance and support related to organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
