About the Role

Dentarealm consultancy services LLP is hiring an HR Executive (Fresher / 0–1 Year) who is eager to learn and grow in core HR operations. This role offers practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day people operations—ideal for a fresher looking to build a solid HR foundation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, calling candidates, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Assist with employee onboarding: documents, joining formalities, and coordination
  • Maintain and update HR records (employee files, attendance, basic HR trackers)
  • Draft professional emails, notices, and HR documents
  • Create and update reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Coordinate internal communication between employees and management
  • Use productivity/AI tools (if known) to improve speed and accuracy in HR tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Fresher to 1 year (internship experience acceptable)
  • Education: BBA/MBA, B.Com, BA (English communication preferred)
  • Strong English communication (spoken and written)
  • Good working knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting)
  • Microsoft Word (letters, documentation)
  • PowerPoint (basic presentations)
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong follow-up skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Any exposure to HR recruitment/onboarding processes
  • Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar tools for drafting, summaries, organizing information)
  • Basic understanding of professional email writing and workplace etiquette
