We are looking for a highly organized and reliable HR & Operations Manager to work closely with the company leadership.

This role combines human resources, internal operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and company activities.

The person in this role will work directly with the leadership team and handle sensitive company information, so trust, loyalty, and discretion are essential.

This is an important position that helps keep the company organized and running smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage job postings
  • Screen candidates
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Support onboarding of new employees

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Prepare payroll data
  • Track employee contracts
  • Maintain HR records
  • Track leave and benefits
  • Coordinate with accounting

Internal Organization

  • Help structure internal processes
  • Maintain workflow documentation
  • Track tasks and follow-ups
  • Help improve internal organization

Company Activities

  • Organize team activities
  • Support internal communication
  • Help maintain positive company culture

Executive Support

  • Assist leadership with internal coordination
  • Handle confidential matters
  • Support company projects

Systems & AI Tools
The candidate should be open to learning modern tools such as:

  • AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude)
