HR Senior Executive / Asst Manager #OPK

One of our clients is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Professional to join the Human Resources team. This candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR services and deliverables for the full spectrum of employee life cycle related activities with Regional Teams in Korea, Australia and US with focus in Singapore Office.

Talent Acquisition

  • Ensure and build talent pipeline of key talents to support the company manpower needs for Singapore offices
  • Manage the end-to-end process of Internship programme.
  • Work with hiring Managers to manage the recruitment and selection process for Junior talents

HR Services Delivery & Operations

  • Ensure smooth delivery of full suite of HR services Operations of the Employee Life cycle for Regional Offices which includes and not limited to :
  • Contract Preparation for New hires
  • Oversee onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration to the company
  • Handle offboarding Process and clearance Process
  • Payroll Administration and Reporting for Singapore Office

HRIS Systems and Process Enhancement

  • Ensure Data accuracy and systems integrity for Management Reporting
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and completeness of HR records and databases
  • Leverage and work on HRIS systems enhancement for automation of HR processes

Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Support in the compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with company objectives
  • Act as a liaison for Group Medical Programmes for Singapore Offices

Performance Management

  • Manage the full suite of Performance Management Cycle process. performance reviews are conducted in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide support in the full suite Performance Management Review Process, including preparation of reviews to HR Compliance & Legal Requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including wage and hour laws, work passes for foreign employment, safety regulations, and employee rights.
  • Oversee timely and accurate filing of the necessary reports, including tax filings, labour compliance documentation, MOM Surveys, etc.
  • Keep up to date with changes in labour legislation and industry regulations, ensuring the plant’s HR practices remain compliant.

HR Data & Reporting

  • Assist HR reports, including headcount, turnover, payroll summaries, benefits utilization, and other HR metrics
  • Use data insights to advise leadership on HR-related decision-making and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Oversee the monthly HR forecasts and budgeting, HR-related audit exercises

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 7 years of Human Resources generalist experience with similar industry, preferably
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and relevant HR-related legislation
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and Word
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels
  • Proactive and independent worker who is adaptable to fast-paced environment and technology savvy
  • High attention to detail, self-starter mentality and willingness to take ownership in a lean team
