About Job

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Executive to manage our end-to-end recruitment and people operations. This role is ideal for someone who can recruit efficiently, manage staff discipline, handle HR administration, and support daily workforce needs in a fast-paced wholesale trading and showroom environment.

This is not a desk-only HR role; we need someone who is active on the floor, understands people, solves problems quickly, and helps build a strong team culture.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Hiring

·        Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles in UAE: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.

  • Source candidates using platforms like Indeed, Dubizzle, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
  • Manage the process of onboarding, including background check, coordination and documentation
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, talent communities, referrals, and direct search.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for operations, sales, warehouse, client service, and leadership roles etc
  •  Ensure alignment with company culture and service standards throughout the selection process.


Employee Operations

  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
  • Address employee grievances and support effective conflict resolution.
  • Monitor employee performance, conduct, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between management and staff.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to support engagement and operational effectiveness.

HR Administration

  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate visa, labour card, and regulatory compliance processes in collaboration with the PRO.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files and HR records.
  • Track key employee lifecycle milestones, including probation reviews and confirmations.
  • Support payroll coordination in collaboration with the Finance/Accounts department.


HR Systems & Process Improvement

  • Develop, document, and enhance HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor hiring metrics and employee performance indicators.
  • Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and HR systems/tools for effective data management and reporting.
  • Recommend improvements in recruitment, retention, and workforce effectiveness.
  • Support employee training, learning, and team development initiatives.
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–5 years HR or recruitment experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong hiring skills for blue-collar + white-collar roles
  • Good communication in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus)
  • Organized, disciplined, and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working onsite and interacting with staff daily
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR tools
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law basics
  • Action-oriented (gets things done fast)
  • People-friendly but firm when needed
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Good judgment in hiring decisions
  • Able to work independently without micromanagement
