Human Resources Staff

Core duties and responsibilities include the following but are not meant to be all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Prepares daily attendance and monthly man-hours reports for critical reporting purposes and ensure accuracy in data.

2. Update and maintain records of employees for reference, including monthly employee master file and other HR-related reports.

3. Prepare timekeeping data for payroll and verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted timesheets.

4. Monitor personnel attendance, including leave/absences, tardiness, overtime, under-time, and other related metrics.

5. Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of the Company’s overall employee hiring, welfare, and benefits strategy and recommend possible enhancements based on updated legal requirements, market study, internal requirements, and data collection procedures.

6. Keep abreast with recent updates on legal/regulatory mandates and safeguard the company’s consistent compliance with such requirements.

7. Assists in the overall administration of employee services such as hiring, onboarding, benefits, quality data records/certification, exit clearance, and HR information system.

8. Assists in the process and document employee movement including but not limited to regularization, transfer, promotion, etc. including clearance procedures.

9. In charge of registration, update, computation, certification, processing, and administration of employees’ statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, etc. based on government legislation and updated rules of law.

10. Ensures quality, confidentiality, and integrity of HR information system data and all documents/records.

11. Facilitates and assists the registration, update, distribution, payment, cancellation, and processing of employees’ company-provided benefits, privileges, and related concerns following the Company Policy and Standards.

12. Communicates company official announcements, guidelines and advisories to all employees.

13. Supports effective execution of other HR-related activities, initiatives, and services and delivery of assigned projects and tasks.

14. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any 4-year Business-related courses (essential).

2. At least minimum of 2 years of work-related experience as an HR Generalist including Payroll and Timekeeping (essential).

3. Deep understanding of Labor Laws and employment equity regulations.

4. Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

5. Excellent critical-thinking and records-keeping skills.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

7. Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

8. Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

9. Superb/advanced computer literacy with capability in email, data processing, MS Office, communication tools and related HR software.

10. Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.

11. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

12. Meticulous attention to detail and analytically driven.

13. Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
