Justification:This role will assist in managing ICT procurement, handling sales demos, clarifying sales, andassisting with new project implementation. This would help distribute the workload more evenly andincrease the efficiency of our ICT operations.Description of Duties: ICT Project Management Design, implement, and manage major IT projects including system procurement, development, and upgrades. Identify opportunities and initiate improvement and updating of hardware,software and systems Provide and lead technical consultancy to various project teams to meet project objectives and requirements. Manage external vendors to ensure technological systems continue to meet the requirements. Ensure technical and security architecture are adhered to the policies and guidelines. Hardware Management and Maintenance Maintenance and configuration of Servers, Data Storage. Maintenance and configuration of all IT Systems. Maintenance, configuration and distribution of laptops forstaff use Maintenance and configuration of network devices including access points, wireless controller and firewall Maintenance and configuration of projectors, teleconferencing and audio video equipment Updating and managing the Telephony systems Manage, maintain and ensure all IT equipment are in good working condition. Software Management and Maintenance Training management system, learning management system, and other related information management system Computer operating systems Software deployment and management Staff training on appropriate use of software Cyber security Manage the companys IT security infrastructure, ensuring proper use of security tools and adherence to policies. Work with respective vendors as main technical contact for cyber security matters Drive implementation of cyber security measures. Lead the organizations efforts for ISO 27001:2012, GDPR, and PCI DSS compliance Other responsibilities as assigned by Reporting OfficerRequirement (qualifications and specifics): Degree from a recognized University in information communication technology, computer science,or related field.
