Company: Physics Wallah (PW) Location: Work From Home Role: JEE/NEET Admission Counsellor Job Summary: Physics Wallah is looking for dynamic and student-oriented JEE/NEET Admission Counsellors to guide aspirants and their parents throughout the admission journey. The role focuses on explaining courses, mentoring families through the enrollment process, and ensuring students make the right academic choice. The counsellor will play a crucial part in converting inquiries into successful admissions while maintaining a student-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and parents regarding JEE/NEET courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities through phone calls, emails, and online meetings. Support parents throughout the enrollment process by answering queries and assisting with documentation. Maintain and achieve admission targets by converting leads into confirmed enrollments. Assess applications to ensure eligibility as per JEE/NEET program requirements and institutional policies. Collaborate with the admissions team and participate in decision-making regarding student admissions. Prepare and share regular reports and updates with the Centre Head/Management. Maintain proactive communication with students, parents, and internal teams to coordinate admission activities and resolve queries. Handle administrative and clerical tasks related to admissions whenever required. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi/English/regional language preferred). Excellent convincing and student counseling skills, especially for competitive exams (JEE/NEET). Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets. Good understanding of the JEE/NEET ecosystem and student challenges. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools. Patience, empathy, and a student-first attitude. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Education/Science/Management preferred). Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or inside sales is desirable.
