In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Marketing Product Mgr. (remote)
ManpowerGroup is seeking a fully remote Marketing Professional and Product Manager with 5+ years of progressive marketing and/or product management experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) or core laboratory diagnostics space.  This is a contract role anticipated to last through end of year with possible extension into 2027. • Work Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based)  What you will be doing: • End to End product management: Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, zone marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, etc.) to develop business cases for product enhancements and improvements. Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver differentiated, customer-focused solutions. Manage global forecasting and supply to support accelerated growth.  • Customer and Market Insights: Serve as a Chronic Disease subject matter expert across stakeholder groups including laboratorians, hospital administrators, and ministries of health. Gather and interpret market dynamics and customer insights to shape portfolio strategy and inform product innovation.  • Competitive Selling Strategies: Monitor and analyze competitive offerings. Develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools that clearly differentiate our products and demonstrate added value to customers.  • Product Definition & Development: Translate customer needs into well-defined product requirements and design inputs.
