Inbound Sales Appointment Setter Mobile Detailing Company -Remote

We are a growing mobile auto detailing company looking for a driven and coachable Inbound Sales Appointment Setter to handle incoming leads and follow up with past inquiries.

This is a phone based sales role. You will respond to new inbound leads, book appointments, collect deposits, and keep our schedule full.

Sales or appointment setting experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate. What matters most is confidence on the phone, clear communication, and willingness to follow a proven process.

This is not a passive customer service role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable asking for deposits and moving conversations toward booking.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to new inbound leads quickly via phone and text
  • Follow up with past leads to rebook missed opportunities
  • Book appointments directly into company calendar
  • Collect deposits to secure scheduled services
  • Handle objections using provided scripts
  • Log all activity in CRM
  • Meet booking and follow up targets

Requirements

  • Clear and confident spoken English
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Sales or customer facing experience preferred
  • Willing to ask for deposits
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
  • Available during Pacific Time business hours

Compensation

  • $15 per hour
  • 4% commission on collected revenue from completed services
  • 20 to 25 hours per week to start
  • 30 day paid trial period

Expected earnings increase with performance.
