We are looking for a Social Media Manager to support the growth of a beauty brand in the press-on nail industry. The ideal candidate understands Instagram strategy, SEO-driven captions, analytics, and hashtag research.

This role focuses on executing a structured content plan and improving performance through data insights.

You will help ensure content is posted consistently, optimized for discovery, and aligned with brand goals.

Responsibilities

• Write SEO-focused Instagram captions designed to improve reach and discovery

• Research and implement high-converting hashtags relevant to each post

• Schedule posts according to the provided content calendar

• Monitor Instagram analytics and provide insights on performance

• Identify patterns in engagement, reach, and saves to improve future content

• Provide feedback on created content to ensure it aligns with best practices

• Recommend improvements based on data and current Instagram trends

• Maintain consistent posting according to schedule

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts for brands

• Strong understanding of Instagram SEO and caption optimization

• Experience using Instagram analytics to guide content strategy

• Ability to research and implement effective hashtags

• Experience scheduling posts through Instagram or Meta Business Suite

• Strong communication and attention to detail

Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
