Job Title- Insurance Operations

Job Location- Patparganj, IP Extension, Mayur Vihar

The Insurance Operations Executive is responsible for handling backend insurance processing, policy documentation, coordination with insurance companies, and customer servicing to ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process insurance proposals and policy documentation
  • Verify KYC, application forms, and supporting documents
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance
  • Follow up for pending requirements, medicals, and approvals
  • Handle endorsements, corrections, and policy servicing requests
  • Maintain client records and policy files
  • Track policy issuance, renewals, and status updates
  • Assist customers with queries related to policy and documentation
  • Prepare daily MIS and operational reports
  • Support sales team with documentation and compliance requirements
  • Ensure TAT is maintained from login to policy issuance
  • Maintain proper record keeping for audit and compliance

Work Details

  • Preferred candidates: Candidates residing in Noida
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday (All Saturdays working)
  • Office timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Leave policy: 10 Paid Leaves (PL) + 10 Earned Leaves (EL) annually

Requirements

  • Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience in insurance operations / BFSI / backend processing (freshers may apply)
  • Knowledge of Life/Health/General insurance documentation
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email handling, data entry)
  • Good coordination and follow-up skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹30,000.10 per month
