Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer from a finance background with strong knowledge of financial and insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and enhancing the performance of sales teams by delivering structured training programs and ensuring consistent team activation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product and sales training sessions for new and existing team members.

Develop and deliver structured training modules aligned with business goals.

Train new joiners on financial concepts, product features, compliance basics, and sales processes.

Ensure continuous team activation by driving engagement, productivity, and performance.

Monitor and track team performance post-training and provide improvement plans.

Support sales managers in identifying skill gaps and implementing corrective actions.

Keep the team updated on product updates and market trends.

Prepare training materials, presentations, and performance reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in financial services or related industry.

Strong knowledge of financial products and sales processes.

Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
