Integration Architect

As a Principal‑ Integration Architect , you will play a key role in designing and delivering end‑to‑end integration solutions across enterprise systems, ensuring seamless interoperability, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define integration strategies, lead data migration initiatives, and enable successful digital transformation programs for our clients.
This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, process understanding, and stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Program Delivery & Leadership Define and implement integration strategies for enterprise and cloud platforms.
Lead end‑to‑end data migration programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and minimal business disruption.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive data cleansing, profiling, and governance efforts.
Design and oversee the integration of supplier and customer onboarding processes across enterprise systems.
Ensure compliance with all data security, privacy, and governance standards.
Provide architectural leadership across digital transformation and system optimization initiatives.
Governance, Risk & Compliance Expertise Support governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across delivery portfolios.
Contribute to risk frameworks, control libraries, and quality gates, including health checks and tollgate reviews Sales & Growth Leadership Contribute to solutions, proposals, estimates, and work breakdown structures.
Provide delivery insights into commercial models, timelines, and staffing plans.

10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, ERP/CRM integration, and data migration.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.
