About the Team

Sales Planning and Development Team plays an important role in Sales Organization, the team will partner with the sales leaders to formulate high level sales strategy, develop tactical plan for sales products and promotion strategy, plus render support to the fulfilment logistics, communications, measurement & evaluation of different sales campaign.

About the Role

We are seeking for an Intern to join our Sales planning & Development team, where you will be given an opportunity to learn the travel trade landscape in Southeast Asia Market, end-to-end business process for Disney Cruise Line as a product in Asia, and experience to organize the travel trade event within the region.

This role will be responsible for both B2B and B2C travel trade event, from development to execution, trade sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development and management, and trade sales related travel services operation enhancement.

You will be:

  • Supporting project management for assigned event(s), playing a key role in driving the event from initiation to closure.
  • Responsible for ensuring seamless integration and alignment of effort from internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the CRM system tailored for Trade Sales. This role ensures the CRM platform supports sales strategies, enhances customer engagement, and drives data-driven decision-making.
  • Part of the project team to work closely with Sales team, Marketing team, Revenue Management and Travel Operations team to build the workflow across teams to increase efficiency and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Project Management for Travel Trade Event(s)

  • Plans and coordinates the travel trade event, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business objectives.
  • Collaborate and liaising with key stakeholders, such as event organizer, venue provider, travel trade partners and internal lines of businesses (LOBs) to ensures operations run smoothly
  • Manage project timeline and budget

Project Team for Workflow Development

  • Define the project scope and set the goals together with the project team with focus on Revenue Management and Travel Operations.
  • In-partnership with internal partners to identify process steps and document the process

CRM Management & Optimization

  • Maintain and continuously improve the CRM system to ensure usability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity; implement data governance practices.

Internship Requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma
  • Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
  • Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2026

Requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, Events Management or a related field
  • Attention to detail, time management and follow up/follow through skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge or interest in event management-related fields
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and mange stakeholder expectation
  • Requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
