Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Your New Role…</b></p><p>The Subscriber Growth Acquisition, Performance Marketing team is responsible for marketing strategy development, campaign planning, goal setting, media channel management, data analysis and campaign execution designed to drive measurable results for the streaming platform of Warner Bros. Discovery for INSEAK region (India, Southeast Asia, Korea).</p><p></p><p>We are looking for an intern, based in Singapore, who will support the performance marketing and operational needs of the Subscriber Growth Acquisition team. The role will mainly be based on Southeast Asia needs and require working with cross functional teams in the region for specific project needs.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Role Accountabilities…</b></p><p></p><p><b>Campaign Support </b></p><ul><li><p>Support execution of campaign including:</p><ul><li><p>Consolidating asset requirement list submissions for awareness and performance campaigns and briefing into Creative Services</p></li><li><p>Trafficking of awareness and performance marketing campaign assets on to online digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Smartly, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Design and create compelling ad copy performance marketing paid media initiatives and other performance marketing collaterals</p></li><li><p>Supporting communication and co-ordination with lines of businesses for smooth integration, both regional and global stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Data gathering, monitor and analyze creative campaign performance metrics (spends, impressions, CPM, etc.)   </p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Team operational support </b></p><ul><li><p>Co-ordinating with cross functional team leads for local / regional deliveries </p></li><li><p>Co-ordinating with Creative Services and Global Media Team creative requests and creative asset deliveries </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Housekeeping </b></p><ul><li><p>Asset management – requesting, trafficking and managing list of assets to support awareness and performance marketing campaigns</p></li><li><p>Data management – pull data sets to use for daily, weekly and monthly reporting; including expense tracking and post campaign reporting</p></li><li><p>Reporting and Insights – help generate performance report and dashboards for internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications/Experience</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong interest in data analysis and deriving insights from performance metrics</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital advertising, and online consumer behavior</p></li><li><p>Any prior experience (even if brief or academic) in digital marketing, social media, or data analysis is a plus but not always required</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to manage many stakeholders and multiple simultaneous asks</p></li><li><p>Is a team player</p></li><li><p>Is able to work under tight timelines and support different brands/projects concurrently</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>Interested applicants must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months full-time, starting from May/June 2026.
