Inventory Control Associate - Night Shift

We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us! **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for a Inventory Control Associate with experience in SCM, warehouse or distribution for our production facility. The opportunity is based at our Eastside location in Etobicoke. **This is a Night Shift. The hours of work will be 11:30PM to 7:30AM.** **WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** - Responsible for receiving all products from Production and maintaining the Finished Product area to ensure accuracy - Accountable for checking all the shipments that leave the warehouse as well as taking photos of our shipments - Responsible for ensuring that the inventory information is credible and current, by tracking where finished goods are shipping to as well as where we are receiving it from, so that it is reported using the correct process (build/adjustment/PR Sample/REQ) - Responsible for recording finished product, count stock levels, prepare transfers, receive inventory from various locations and ensure quantities are accurate - Analyse, monitor, and track inventory levels based on counts and adjust as needed - Support with cycle counts for allocation purposes and identify trends or discrepancies in data - Analyse and compare inventory levels, investigate, record, and track discrepancies - Ensures that overall inventory is well maintained based on the status of the product (hold/reject/dispose) - Verifying physical quantity/quality of product, creating labels for Quality Control team to check pallets, enter necessary information into the appropriate reporting process and make transfers/builds for items received - Ensure standards for quality and health and safety are met. **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE** - Relevant work experience with ERP, SCM software is an asset - Ability to multi-task - Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills - Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs - Effective time management and communication skills **WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM** There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
