Junior Salesforce Administrator

Assist with managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, including user setup, onboarding, and data management 2. Handle basic configurations such as creating fields, updating page layouts, creating flows, updating reports and dashboards 3. Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, addressing issues and answering questions related to the platform and managing a support inbox. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions in Salesforce 5. Monitor data integrity and perform routine data cleanups 6. Participate in system testing and quality assurance processes for new Salesforce features or updates 7. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures **Requirements:** 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a related role. Practical experience with Salesforce configuration and customization is a plus. 3. Certification: While Salesforce Administrator Certification is not mandatory, a strong interest in pursuing and obtaining certification is a plus. 4. Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, standard/custom objects, including data management, workflow automation, and reporting. 5. Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities 6. Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. 7. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
