To strengthen our Commercial Organization, we are currently hiring a

Key Account Manager (m/f/x) – Zealand

(Fulltime / permanent / Location: remote – Copenhagen area ideally based in Copenhagen)

The Opportunity

As Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the sales performance of CSL's portfolio within a dedicated territory. You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with multidisciplinary stakeholders—ranging from physicians and nurses to procurement bodies and payors. Your role will be pivotal in driving product adoption, managing tenders, and identifying new business opportunities aligned with our country sales plan.

The Role

  • Achieve sales targets and manage key accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Plan and execute customer-facing meetings and activities in line with the tactical country plan.
  • Retain and grow long-term client relationships to support sustainable business growth.
  • Develop account-level strategies and implement action plans to support CSL brand objectives.
  • Educate clients on therapy areas, treatment protocols, and CSL's solutions.
  • Lead tender-related activities and ensure successful implementation of results.
  • Participate in national and international congresses to promote CSL and engage with opinion leaders.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Nordic Market Access team to maximize product access regionally.
  • Uphold CSL values and comply with local regulations and confidentiality standards.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or commercial field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in hospital settings.
  • Experience in immunology, Nephrology, or rare diseases.
  • Strong account management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Danish (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems like Vinci/Salesforce.
  • High digital literacy and adaptability to new technologies.

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports directly to the Sales Manager Denmark and Norway.
