Retention Marketing Manager (Klaviyo + eCommerce) About Us Future Tilt is a small but growing email and retention marketing agency helping eCommerce brands increase customer lifetime value through smart campaigns, automations, and strategy. We’re heading into our third year and looking for a reliable Retention Marketing Manager to help manage three eCommerce accounts — someone who can handle day-to-day execution in Klaviyo while gradually taking on more strategic and client-facing responsibilities. What You’ll Do • Manage and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo (copywriting, setup, QA, scheduling). • Build and update flows to improve lifecycle performance. • Review segmentation and maintain list hygiene. • Monitor results and flag performance issues or opportunities. • Troubleshoot deliverability or automation issues. • Set up reports and manage A/B tests. • Communicate with clients on timelines, approvals, and deliverables. • Attend weekly or biweekly check-ins (typically mornings PST). • Help keep clients happy and campaigns running smoothly :) Requirements • Proven Klaviyo experience (certifications a plus). • Solid understanding of email marketing operations, flows, and analytics. • Experience with eCommerce and Shopify. • Organized, communicative, and detail-oriented. • Comfortable managing multiple accounts independently. • Availability during U.S. business hours (preferably PST). • Tech-savvy and able to use AI tools for copy, reporting, or optimization. • U.S.-based preferred. Nice to Have • SMS or cross-channel retention marketing experience. • Familiarity with creative direction and collaboration with designers. • Previous agency experience.
