Lead Insight Analyst

In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming data into compelling narratives that drive business strategies. Your expertise in data analytics will influence key decision-making processes and help our partner understand the dynamics of the subscription economy. You will work closely with various teams to provide insights and help navigate the complexities of market trends, making a significant impact on client satisfaction and overall business growth. As a remote-first position, you'll need to be adaptable while collaborating effectively across different time zones.

Accountabilities

    • Extract and analyze data to tell compelling stories about the subscription economy.
    • Present findings to external clients and internal stakeholders by translating complex datasets into clear narratives.
    • Own the production of monthly syndicated reports and craft custom analyses.
    • Support Sales and Marketing with key analyst reports and rapid response requests.
    • Use SQL to navigate databases and collaborate with Data Services.
    • Manage multiple project timelines and expectations across stakeholders.
    • Monitor subscription trends and emerging platforms as a thought leader.

Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in data analytics with a proven track record.
    • Demonstrated experience presenting insights to clients or executive leadership.
    • Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; some proficiency in SQL.
    • Strong ability to synthesize complex data into intuitive narratives.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills for large datasets.
    • Self-starter capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bonus: Experience with Looker or similar Business Intelligence tools.
    • Bonus: Interest in the Subscription Economy and digital subscription market.
