Your Role As a Learning, Talent and Inclusion Intern, you’ll: Coordinate programs. You’ll manage logistics for learning and inclusion initiatives, including our internship program, podcast series and professional development opportunities. Support our inclusive experience. You’ll help lead our global Training Camp orientation, own the \"New Hudlie\" blog and coordinate our quarterly Value Awards. Drive data and research. You’ll create evaluations to measure program impact and conduct research on global inclusion best practices to guide our teams. Maintain our systems. You’ll support our Learning Management System (Continu) by auditing content and act as a \"producer\" for live virtual and in-person events. For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln, Nebraska and can work their shifts at our top-notch headquarters in downtown Lincoln.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate programs. You’ll manage logistics for learning and inclusion initiatives, including our internship program, podcast series and professional development opportunities.
- Support our inclusive experience. You’ll help lead our global Training Camp orientation, own the \"New Hudlie\" blog and coordinate our quarterly Value Awards.
- Drive data and research. You’ll create evaluations to measure program impact and conduct research on global inclusion best practices to guide our teams.
- Maintain our systems. You’ll support our Learning Management System (Continu) by auditing content and act as a \"producer\" for live virtual and in-person events.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled. You're a student in an undergraduate program and will remain enrolled throughout the duration of this year-round internship.
- Available and local. You’re based in Lincoln and can work 15–20 hours per week during the academic year (ideally in 4+ hour blocks) and 35–40 hours during the summer.
- Growth mindset. You \"Play to Win\"—you take initiative, deliver quality work and are committed to helping teams push toward continuous improvement.
- Meticulous organizer. You have a strong attention to detail and a project management mentality so no task slips through the cracks.
