This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Indiana (USA) This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 3 - 6 LPA) Min Experience: 5 years Location: Remote (India), NCR JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to support contract management and corporate legal functions. The role involves reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. This position requires strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Assist in the administration, organization, and management of contract workflows, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. • Participate in the preparation, review, evaluation, negotiation, and finalization of various contracts, including: • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) • Master Service Agreements (MSAs) • Service Orders & Statements of Work (SOWs) • Subcontractor, Reseller, and Sales Channel Agreements • Business Association Agreements • Data Protection Agreements and Amendments • * Identify, summarize, and document material terms, key dates, and obligations of executed agreements. • Monitor new and pending contracts and manage close-out, extension, or renewal processes in the company’s best interest. • Interpret and provide guidance on contract terms to internal stakeholders. • Ensure contracts comply with company policies and relevant legal/regulatory requirements during negotiation phases. • Evaluate consistency in contract language to support business objectives and compliance needs. • Assist in reviewing and researching contract-related issues to determine responsibilities and resolve disputes. • Maintain organized records for all contract correspondence and documentation. • Support the legal team in maintaining accurate internal contract documents. • Foster effective working relationships with internal teams to meet organizational needs. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a legal advisor, contract manager, or in-house paralegal supporting corporate legal functions (or equivalent combination of education and experience). • Knowledge of US, Canada, and India law is preferred. • Strong ability to manage complex information and coordinate actions critical to organizational performance. • Capable of handling multiple assignments with shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to apply creative problem-solving within policy and contractual frameworks to maximize company outcomes while minimizing risk. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior legal counsel. • Solid understanding of legal contract terminology. • Technical knowledge or familiarity with IT industry contracts, including ITaaS and SaaS, is a plus. • Proficient in arenaflex Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information professionally.
