This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Oregon (USA) Licensing Associate Consultant 100% Remote Location Redmond, WA Duration 06 months + contract Rate DOE Job Description • Help lead deal negotiations to bring contracts to signing/invoicing • Provide Resellers with guidance for high-impact licensing and contract scenarios, including contract termination and third party hosting • Provide coverage for OOF MS employees, including finalizing contracts, closing pending deals, or leading licensing conversations • Validate inquiries, and interpret them against the proposed solution to ensure they are compliant and the solution is within arenaflex policy, Sales Guidance, and Program Goals. • Support CEs/OMs by researching complex scenarios and providing guidance to ensure additional documentation/amendments are submitted if needed • Act as informal approving authority on deal scenarios • Submit requests for empowerment approvals, including Client • Ensuring MS Sales systems are updated Required Skills • 2-5 years' experience in corporate operational or sales team support services. • Background in arenaflex Licensing or relevant licensing experience • Background working in or collaborating with Marketing/Sales knowledge and processes • Comfortable public speaking and presentation skills in high-pressure environments • Analytical skills; attention to detail; Methodical mindset of problem solving • Intermediate level knowledge of Excel; • Able to recognize errors in own work and that of others; • Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, and comfortable working in a quick turnaround environment, while maintaining accuracy; • Ability to be a reliable, hands-on deliverer of quality results.
