Logistics Manager

This role supports the Account Executive by overseeing VIP clients, large-scale rollouts, new account integrations, and accounts requiring strategic revitalization. The Logistics Manager ensures all services are executed with accuracy, strong communication, and exceptional customer satisfaction from start to finish. This position requires a highly organized, solutions-driven leader with advanced problem-solving skills, the ability to oversee team workload, and the capacity to build trusted client and subcontractor relationships in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Lead vertical team in handling the most complex and technical accounts, including VIP accounts, large rollouts, new accounts, and those requiring revival as designated by the Account Executive. • Respond to quote requests, assign subcontractors, and ensure schedules are maintained. • Meet client agreement requirements and exceed their expectations. • Ensure the teams communication with clients and subcontractors is detail-oriented and precise from start to finish of a project. • Assist the Account Executive with distributing and balancing workload within the team. • Serve as a point of escalation throughout the team, maintaining a solution-focused approach to promptly resolve issues encountered by clients or subcontractors during installation services. • Build a trusted, competent, and confident relationship with clients through excellent communication and development of a comprehensive understanding of services offered. • Travel to current or prospective clients as needed to oversee projects. • Assist Account Executive with controlling job costs and payroll expenses, minimizing chargebacks to subcontractors, and preventing potential losses. • Provide innovative solutions, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to arenaflex savings and efficiency opportunities with current clients. • Complete bill/pay cycle for all managed jobs with minimal accounting issues. • Provide accounting training and ensure accuracy within vertical team. • Ensure service compliance by staying informed about local, regional, and national laws and regulations. • Continuously improve skills and technical knowledge by staying current with products, trends, and changes in laws and policies related to OSHA, ADA, Union, and Construction. • Participate in projects, programs, training, and action plans to meet department goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in one of the following fields; logistics, healthcare, supply chain, distribution, business, or management. • Early morning, nights, and weekend availability required on a regular basis. • Up to 10% travel required. Experience: • 3+ years of relevant experience in client services, account management, project management, work scheduling, dispatching, logistics, construction, or high-volume customer service is desired. • Experience in operations, healthcare, general contracting, and/or business management. • Logistics coordination and construction project management is highly valued. • Union negotiation experience strongly preferred. Skills: • Highly organized with rapid response follow-up, superior problem-solving skills, and creativity within a high-volume work environment. • Adaptable to complexity and change; adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong negotiation and time management. • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. • Strong calculative and analytical skill sets. • Interpersonal skills to manage, motivate, coach and help grow team members.
