Job Title: Medical Strategy & Growth Lead

(Medical Affairs / Clinical Marketing)

Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Co-founders

Working Day : Monday through Saturday

Time : 9:30am to 6:30pm

Salary : 40k to 50k

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

1. Medical Strategy & Clinical Leadership

  • Provide medical oversight for healthcare products and services.
  • Develop evidence-based care protocols and patient education frameworks.
  • Ensure medical accuracy across all patient and provider touchpoints.
  • Support pharmacovigilance and clinical governance where applicable.

2. Clinical Marketing & Patient Education

  • Develop medically accurate patient education content and disease awareness initiatives.
  • Support growth and engagement campaigns with clinical insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design ethical, compliant outreach.
  • Serve as a trusted medical voice to strengthen brand credibility.

3. Business & Growth Initiatives

  • Identify new clinical service opportunities and patient-centric solutions.
  • Support partnerships with hospitals, clinicians, pharma, and diagnostics providers.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new healthcare offerings.
  • Analyze patient needs and market trends to guide strategic decisions.

4. Product & Innovation

  • Partner with product and tech teams to build patient-centric digital health solutions.
  • Provide clinical input into telemedicine, AI-enabled tools, and care pathways.
  • Evaluate clinical effectiveness and patient experience outcomes.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build meaningful relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and healthcare institutions.
  • Support medical partnerships and alliances.
  • Represent the organization in medical discussions, forums, and conferences.

Required Qualifications

  • MBBS (mandatory)
  • 0–6 years of experience (clinical practice, healthcare startups, medical affairs, or consulting)
  • Strong interest in healthcare innovation, patient engagement, and business strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High ethical standards and patient-first mindset

Preferred Profile

  • Doctor interested in healthcare entrepreneurship or innovation
  • Exposure to digital health, public health, or healthcare strategy
  • Ability to translate medical insights into scalable initiatives
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Good to Have

  • Experience in medical affairs, clinical marketing, or healthcare partnerships
  • Exposure to healthcare content development or patient education programs
  • Understanding of compliance and ethical promotion in healthcare
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations)
  • Familiarity with telemedicine or digital care delivery

Nice to Have

  • Experience in health-tech startups or digital health platforms
  • Exposure to AI-enabled healthcare solutions or data-driven care models
