This role ensures the system enables efficient HR process and operations, accurate payroll processing, and an exceptional employee experience.The role requires hands-on expertise across all SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and the holder of the role will configure system changes, deploy new functionality and/or modules, and manage integrations with third-party payroll platforms. Strong communication skills, collaborative working style, and the ability to partner with HR, IT, and resort HR teams are essential.The Manager HR System champions and drives HR process optimization and automation, HR data governance, and continuous system improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of all SAP SuccessFactors modules. Manage and support WorkForce Software (WFS) Employee Central Payroll (ECP) across the resorts that are using these extensions and oversee integrations with third-party payroll systems for other resorts. Implement new SuccessFactors modules, enhancements, and workflows to improve HR processes and the employee experience. Coordinate system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles. Troubleshoot issues and provide advanced technical support to HR teams. Ensure data integrity and retention, security and compliance across all HR systems. Collaborate with HR, IT, and resort teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Manage vendor relationships and external implementation partners. Assist HR in training delivery, developing local champions and documentation Manage requested changes and communicate effectively across all key stakeholders. Lead HR system–related projects, timelines, and cross-functional resources. Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements5–8+ years of experience managing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a global or multi-site environment. Hands-on experience configuring SuccessFactors, including payroll/ECP. Demonstrated success leading HR system projects or module deployments. Deep technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, , Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, Succession, ECP). Exposure to SAP CPI and Work Force Software is preferred. Familiarity with People Analytics and Story reporting in SuccessFactors is required, Hands-on configuration and solution design skills across all modules. Strong understanding of global payroll processes and integrations with third-party providers. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Solid project management, planning, and documentation skills. Commitment to system quality, data accuracy, and continuous improvement. Collaborative working style with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. Strong presentational skills Prior work in hospitality, service, retail, or international organizations is a plus. Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules preferred.
