Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor new product initiatives across owned properties, partner channels and in-store experiences
  • Creation of training and product marketing materials in partnership with the Go To Market team, ensuring easy onboarding and execution of new product adoption
  • Oversee projects related to the creation, maintenance, and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices for data management, analysis, and visualization to continually meet or exceed reporting needs.
  • Implement processes for accuracy and consistency in data reporting, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
  • Develop and implement standardized reporting processes and templates.
  • Monitor and optimize reporting tools, systems and trends to enhance performance.
  • Streamline reporting operations to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
  • Collaborate with sales team and account management teams to understand reporting needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Join client calls as needed to gather feedback and needs related to reporting and measurement
  • Oversee the analysis of media performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations to support client decision-making.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in campaign strategies and tactics
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align reporting operations with overall business objectives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders across measurement and product teams to deliver clear and compelling presentations of measurement findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build effective cross-functional working teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals by establishing common objectives and a shared mindset.
  • Develops talent through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments in order to meet their own career goals as well as the organization's priorities
  • Partner with department leadership to establish strategic staffing and succession plans; successfully deliver on proposed staffing objectives.
  • Drive engagement by creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives; focus on voice of teammate data (e.g., Engagement & Pulse results), partnering with organization leadership to drive necessary changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and operations management within the retail media or advertising industry, preferred
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • GAM, CM360 or Similar ad serving tool proficiency
  • CRM Tools (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
