The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power management semiconductors and a proven track record of successful product line management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills who can drive product strategy and execution for our broad power IC portfolio. Our extensive offering of power management products includes DC-DC controllers, voltage/current regulators, power switching, battery management, gate drivers, and CAN/LIN. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for your product line, driving innovation and business growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and customers to ensure our analog power products meet market needs and deliver differentiated value. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with a passion for power technology and a proven track record in product line management.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Define and Execute Power IC and Interface Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps to drive revenue growth. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product innovation and enhancement.</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with applications and architecture teams to define product requirements and specifications that meet customer needs and market demands. Ensure alignment between product development and market expectations.</li><li>Engage with Customers: Build strong relationships with key customers to gather feedback, identify requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and engage NPI beta clients, coordinate sampling, and collect actionable feedback to inform product development.</li><li>Develop Go-to-Market Plans: Create comprehensive go-to-market plans, including product positioning, value-based pricing, messaging, and launch strategies. Partner with sales teams to promote the product line, gather market intelligence, and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Monitor Market Trends: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.</li><li>Plan Strategically: Forecast revenue and wafer starts, and manage product revenue and margins to achieve financial targets and support business growth.</li><li>Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including pricing strategies, margin analysis, and inventory management. Ensure the product line remains competitive and profitable throughout its lifecycle.</li><li>Represent the Product Line: Attend industry events, customer meetings, and internal reviews to advocate for the product line and gather market intelligence.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements/Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing within the semiconductor or electronics industry.</li><li>Deep technical expertise in analog power products, architectures, and applications, with the ability to translate market and customer requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
