These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.<br /> Overall Purpose of the Role:<br /> The position is responsible for supporting all aspects of digital marketing campaigns for Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios and 20 th Century Studio titles at a R egional and UK level . This will span T heatrical release through to EHV and Pay 1 window s; as well as Studio DTC Original Feature and Episodic releases . Whilst the primary focus of the role will support EMEA, the Digital Marketing Manager will be required to also support UK activations & campaign elements as relevant . The role will include development of D igital M arketing strategy for EMEA, as well as managing material /content creation, localization and rollout plans . The Manager will also be required to build out an influencer strategy across all studio releases .<br /> A core component of the role will be to explore new influencer activation opportunities developed at a regional level , collaborating with both social and PR teams as well as supporting the role out and management of Global/International influencer initiatives, in addition to executing paid influencer activations to support the UK marketing campaigns. The role will work closely with all content developers both in market & with US Global teams .<br /> The role will also support the Publicity team during talent tours. The Manager will be responsible for origination and creation of all house materials (photography & AV) during premieres, as well as coordination and delivery of supporting digital assets for Disney owned social channels to be used in the UK, EMEA and globally. In addition, the Manger will be responsible for ideation and logistical management of digital content capture during junkets.<br /> The Digital Marketing Manager will manage relevant day-to-day agency relationships including campaign briefs, ideation sessions and creative material originatio n.<br /> A key responsibility includes reporting and analysis of the above to the Senior Manager & Director as well as wider teams .<br /> The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing their campaign budget, ensuring cost efficiencies are made where possible.<br /> The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all efforts are aligned as per the directive of the S tudio M arketing leadership. Th is role requires close collaboration with S ocial, PR, marketing & partnerships teams to ensure cohesion and streamlining of campaigns. In addition, there is close liaison with DCVI, CSR, Music Group and other XLOBs on a regular basis. Maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure digital activity is aligned to business needs is vital.<br /> The Manager will have a Coordinator and Intern supporting them with the day-to-day activities and will be responsible for overseeing their career and personal development .<br /> Areas of Responsibility:<br /> Campaign Strategy<br /> De velop the overall campaign strategy & filmmaker presentations :<br /> • Work closely with social & media teams to build a detailed regional digital marketing strategy for each release<br /> • Include regional influencer strategy, offering regional as well as in-marketing opportunities and ideas<br /> • Work closely with wider teams to complete and present where relevant filmmaker presentations<br /> Develop and provide campaign materials (Images, AV and social):<br /> • Coordinate and deliver creative concepts to be used across campaigns across EMEA and in the UK<br /> • Coordinate material launch dates and manage AV material localization process with relevant teams and agencies<br /> • Work with agencies to ideate and capture content to be used on Disney-owned social accounts<br /> • Work with relevant content creators to ideate and create content to sit on creator-owned and Disney-owned accounts were possible<br /> • Work closely with social & insights team to build out content plans that service campaign needs based on feedback<br /> • Service material hosting destinations such as DDS and Getty<br /> Direct and support digital marketing campaigns across the EMEA markets:<br /> • Manage regular calls on local market campaign ideas and service strategic guidance on positioning/targeting, idea sharing and best practice<br /> • Execute pan-European content creation opportunities in London (and abroad when relevant)<br /> • Streamline and manage campaign result sharing across EMEA<br /> Campaign Events<br /> Help organize and oversee special events<br /> • Proactive anticipation and response to studio publicity requirements<br /> • Initiate digital press opportunities, such as virtual junkets, live streams, junkets, premieres, content creator events etc.<br /> • Provide logistical support to help coordinate high profile events including talent tours and premieres including dealing with talent<br /> • Lead and deliver material capture from talent tours (generic interviews, photography, B-roll, event sizzles) in-line with defined budget<br /> • Coordinate and provide logistical support for social teams to be on the ground to capture content for Disney-owned social channels<br /> • Facilitate share out of all junket & premiere materials with EMEA & global digital teams<br /> Disney.xx & Ticketing Sites<br /> • Work closely with DI teams to ensure up to date and creatively accurate materials are on the movie pages across Disney.xx sites in EMEA<br /> • Work closely with EMEA markets & relevant agencies to understand tickets on sale dates and needs, and create ticketing sites where needed.<br /> Relationships<br /> Work closely with the global digital, publicity and localisation teams in Los Angeles<br /> • Coordinate global launch activities, timelines and material distribution<br /> • Day-to-day liaison with the relevant studio teams in the US<br /> • Coordinate material requests (written materials, images and AV) and localization processes with relevant teams in the US and Europe<br /> • Streamline communication between US & EMEA markets to ensure information is timely , local market needs are met and campaign recommendations for Europe<br /> • Maintain communication with EMEA & UK Marketing & Publicity teams to ensure all press opportunities are maximised<br /> Work with the senior management<br /> • Create and deliver campaign digital marketing strategy, decks presentations for filmmaker meetings, Disney Executives, etc.<br /> • When required - Represent the department in meetings and events<br /> • Liaise with senior stakeholders in US/UK offices on campaign direction, updates and service strategic recommendations on content<br /> Maintain relationships with the other lines of business :<br /> • Key point of contact for LOBs on campaign materials across all release titles the person is responsible for<br /> • Strengthen relationships with departments across the business to identify and maximize promotional opportuni<br /> <br /> [more...]<br /> <p id='jobcode'>Jobcode: Reference SBJ-k23zbp-172-69-71-36-42 in your application.</p> </p>
