Marketing Associate, Global Pricing Excellence (Remote)

As a Marketing Associate supporting our new Global Pricing Excellence team, you will play a key role in advancing pricing excellence initiatives across Stryker. You’ll support marketing execution, content development, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the Global Pricing organization has the tools, insights, and storytelling needed to drive impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Create and manage marketing collateral including presentations, case studies, newsletters, and sales tools to communicate pricing strategies and program success.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of global campaigns that promote pricing excellence tools, resources, and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research on pricing trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform marketing efforts.
  •  Track and analyze KPIs, engagement metrics, and ROI to report the effectiveness of pricing-related marketing activities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for key pricing programs to support internal stakeholders with timely, accurate information.
  • Coordinate webinars, workshops, and internal events designed to drive awareness, training, and engagement around pricing excellence.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to ensure messaging is aligned with brand standards and adapted effectively for local markets.
  •  Support cross-functional teams including Pricing, Marketing, and Sales by providing insights, feedback, and materials that reflect customer needs and usage trends.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:

  • Internship experience or relevant coursework with marketing, sales, or healthcare
  • At least a year of experience in marketing, sales, or related field

$59,900 - $108,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
