Marketing Coordinator & Manager

<p>HMV is a small, family-office real estate investment/development firm with significant real estate assets in California, Nevada, and Idaho. Many of HMV’s current projects are ground-up development projects ranging from multi-family apartments to luxury second-home communities. The company and its management team have extensive experience in the real estate investment and mortgage financing industry as an investor, land developer, and mortgage banker with an emphasis on large land assemblages and conceptual project design and entitlement efforts.</p><p><strong>Job Description Overview</strong></p><p>This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Coordinator & Manager, located in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Coordinator & Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing marketing activities, including communication, sales support, event planning, writing marketing content, and project management.
