Market development/Advocacy/Partnerships:
- Support creation of complete Marketing plan for Business in India
- Managing training, drive instrument sales and enhance customer engagement
- Planning and executing Marketing Campaigns to drive best practice adoption
- Facilitate physician engagement programs with MM and Med affairs and support the team for CME’s.
- Product Launch Plan
- Drive digital Marketing
Process Efficiency: Weightage-10%
- Create Market Intelligence Updates quarterly.
- Monthly S&OP and regulatory process
- Ensure 100% ROR compliance for Marketing activities
- Build/improvise existing sales tools to drive the sales and enhance effectiveness with the marketing team.
