To execute the annual Marketing Plan for the business. Complete ownership of the brand for the specified portfolio of the products and driving topline business growth through an effective marketing mix. Working closely with the sales, application and medical affairs team to build product positioning in the market.

Position Title      Marketing Manager- Women's Health & Cancer

Department       IDS        

Reports to         Marketing Leader- I

Qualification      Bachelors/ Master’s degree in life sciences; MBA in marketing

Experience          3-5 yrs

Main Responsibilities 

Market development/Advocacy/Partnerships:

  • Support creation of complete Marketing plan for Business in India 
  • Managing training, drive instrument sales and enhance customer engagement
  • Planning and executing Marketing Campaigns to drive best practice adoption
  • Facilitate physician engagement programs with MM and Med affairs and support the team for CME’s.
  • Product Launch Plan
  • Drive digital Marketing

Process Efficiency: Weightage-10%

  • Create Market Intelligence Updates quarterly.
  • Monthly S&OP and regulatory process
  • Ensure 100% ROR compliance for Marketing activities 
  • Build/improvise existing sales tools to drive the sales and enhance effectiveness with the marketing team.

Process and Self Development:

  • Develop strong collaboration with Sales/application to ensure win in the marketplace
  • Support Business analyst in critical business analysis.
