Marketplace Specialist (Amazon) (Vadodara)

About Us: Rigle is a global eCommerce accelerator that partners with high-potential brands to build, scale, and protect their presence across major marketplaces — with Amazon as our core focus. We operate with the same rigor as top Amazon-native teams, combining deep platform expertise, strong internal processes, and data-driven decision making. We manage large, complex accounts across multiple brands and categories and are obsessive about account health, operational excellence, and scalability. As we continue to grow, we are building a world-class Amazon operations team and are seeking a specialized Marketplace Specialist to help lead that effort. Position Overview: We are hiring a Marketplace Specialist (Amazon) to take full ownership of Rigle’s Amazon account health and operational workflows across multiple brands. This role is ideal for ex-Amazon professionals or experienced Amazon operators who deeply understand how Amazon’s internal systems, seller performance metrics, and logistics frameworks truly work — not just from the seller side, but from a platform and policy perspective. You will be the final owner of account performance, logistics coordination, and administrative compliance. This is not a support or execution-only role — it requires strong judgment, independent decision-making, and the ability to resolve complex account issues and financial discrepancies at scale. This is a full-time & remote role. Key Responsibilities: - Own and proactively monitor the Account Health Dashboard to ensure 100% compliance with Amazon’s policies. - Monitor and manage Seller Feedback and Voice of the Customer (VOC) metrics, identifying trends and coordinating with product teams to resolve underlying CX issues. - Draft and submit high-quality Plans of Action (POAs) and appeals to resolve policy violations, IP claims, or performance-related restrictions. - Execute the \"Send to Amazon\" workflow, creating accurate inbound shipments and ensuring all labeling and packaging requirements are met. - Audit inbound shipments to ensure quantities received match quantities sent, identifying and resolving discrepancies with 3PLs or Amazon warehouses. - Manage shipment tracking and provide updates to the procurement and operations teams regarding inventory transit status. - Conduct regular audits of Amazon’s fulfillment and storage fees to identify overcharges or errors. - Manage the end-to-end reimbursement process for lost, damaged, or disposed of inventory within Amazon’s fulfillment network. - Reconcile payment reports to ensure all credits and reversals are correctly applied. - Lead complex case management and escalations with Amazon Seller Support and specialized internal departments. - Act as the primary point of contact for operational \"fires,\" ensuring rapid resolution of listing suppressions (non-catalog related), buy-box issues, or account blocks. - Maintain a rigorous tracking system for all open cases, ensuring no issue is left unresolved. - Partner closely with Brand Managers and Logistics teams to align inventory levels with promotional calendars. - Provide guidance on platform changes, such as new shipping requirements or policy updates, to the broader team. - Document operational standards, SOPs, and best practices for account management to support Rigle’s scalability. Qualifications: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central account management and operations. - Ex-Amazon experience strongly preferred (Seller Support, Merchant Technology, Seller Performance, or related teams). - Deep understanding of Amazon’s Internal Logic regarding Account Health, VOC, and reimbursements. - Proven experience navigating the Amazon reimbursement landscape and managing large-scale case logs. - Exceptionally detail-oriented with a \"detective\" mindset for auditing and problem-solving. - Able to work independently with high ownership and accountability. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, specifically in drafting formal appeals and POAs. - Experience working with global teams and multiple stakeholders. What We Offer: - Competitive compensation - Full time, long-term remote position with stability and growth. - High-ownership role with real decision-making authority. - Exposure to multiple brands, categories, and large-scale catalogs. - A professional, process-driven environment that respects deep Amazon expertise. - Opportunity to grow into an Operations Lead / Manager role as Rigle scales.
