We are seeking a high-drive specialist with a strong background in metal fabrication and welding to support the maintenance of our semi-automated and manual assembly lines. In this role, you will support safe, continuous production by performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on plant machinery, tools, and facility systems. Beyond standard preventive maintenance and repairs, you will be responsible for modifying and building custom fixtures, guards, and equipment enhancements to improve OEE and eliminate downtime based on the requirements of design teams. This role ensures critical equipment and infrastructure remain in optimal operating condition through troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement activities.
