Come collaborate directly with industry-leading researchers and healthcare providers across immunology, oncology, neuroscience, dermatology, gastroenterology, infectious disease, and more key therapeutic areas to create impactful publications that elevate the patient voice and influence healthcare practice and policy! Position Overview: As a Medical Writer or Senior Medical Writer, you will develop high-quality scientific and medical manuscripts, conference abstracts, posters, and slide decks. You will work closely with clients and other team members to ensure accurate representation of scientific data and compliance with industry standards. This position requires excellent writing skills, strong scientific background, clear and confident communication, and the ability to translate complex data into engaging storylines. Key Responsibilities: • Scientific Writing: Draft, review, and revise abstracts, posters, oral presentations, and manuscripts for submission to medical journals and conferences. • Collaboration: Serve as the central point of communication with clients to lead meetings, route drafts, maintain alignment on scientific messaging, and ensure deadlines are met. • Creative Design: Visually highlight key insights through figures, posters, graphical abstracts, and slide decks. • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all publications meet regulatory and ethical guidelines, including ICMJE and GPP3 standards. • Publication Strategy: Contribute to publication plans and strategies, helping to ensure timely and effective dissemination of study results and other central findings. • Ongoing Education: Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and publication best practices.
