Member Support Expert - Full-time

Department: Member Support Center (Call Center)
Compensation: $15.00 per hour

*This is an in-office position, not a remote position*

Applicants selected for this position must be able to attend our 2-week paid training class from 9am-6pm CT Monday through Friday at the designated start date.

Day in the life:
After completing a two-week paid training, you’ll begin handling inbound phone calls, answering questions/concerns from current and future members as well as club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering +1 customer service. In addition, you’ll help maintain department inboxes and monitor call volume as needed.

Who are we looking for?

Previous call center or customer service experience is recommended, bilingual is a plus! Must have high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.

This is a nonexempt position. A nonexempt employee is one who is entitled to the minimum wage and/or overtime pay protections of the FLSA. The anticipated work schedule for this position will be set during normal Call Center hours of operation and determined by business need. Full-Time employees are ones that regularly work at least 30 hours per week.
