MEP Planner (Visa Sponsorship)

Skills Provision is seeking a qualified MEP Planner for a prestigious Building Services firm based in London.
The organisation provides comprehensive support to businesses across a variety of sectors, spanning numerous construction-related disciplines. Renowned for its innovation, efficiency, and commitment to sustainability, the company is recognised as a leader within its field.
This role will be based at the company’s London headquarters.
Visa sponsorship is available if required.

Salary
£45,500 – £55,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities
• Develop programmes covering key design, procurement, and construction activities
• Provide progress briefings to senior management
• Conduct regular site visits
• Produce detailed client-facing programmes
• Liaise with on-site teams
• Attend meetings and training sessions
• Review and monitor project progress and alterations, assessing impact on schedules
• Perform delay analysis and compile reports to support any Extension of Time (EOT) applications, as required
• Maintain precise records
• Stay informed on legislative developments
• Act in alignment with the company’s best interests
• Fulfil additional responsibilities as assigned

Candidate Requirements
Education:
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Skills and Experience:
• Proficient in planning at the tender stage and in contractual processes
• Strong understanding of all MEP elements
• Extensive experience in the construction process from feasibility to project completion
• Skilled in addressing challenges across construction stages
• Competent user of IT tools, with experience in Asta PowerProject/MS Project
• Methodical and organised approach
• Demonstrates commitment, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
• Effective multitasking skills
• Confident in delivering briefings and able to command respect
